Fees

• Pre-Conference DLGS Summer School (for PhDs only) on 22 September 2026: 90 Euro
• IOER Conference on 23+24 September 2026
  Regular: 330 Euro
  Reduced*: 150 Euro
  *students/doctoral candidates/scholarship holders as proofed
• DLGS Summer School & IOER Conference: 180 Euro
• Evening event on 23 September 2026 incl. light meal, drinks, photography exhibition and short guided tours: 45 Euro

The DLGS Summer School and conference fees apply to all participants and include the programme with presentations and keynotes, lunches and coffee breaks. Accommodation, travel expenses and the evening event on 23 September are not included. You can book the evening event as an additional option during registration (more information below).

At least one presenting author of a submission needs to be registered. Only then, can we include the contribution into the programme. Every registered participant gets a certificate of presentation or a certificate of attendance.

Most are also within a 20-minute walk of the IOER Conference venues – the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum Dresden and the robotron-Kantine – and the Pre-Conference DLGS Summer School at IOER:
